Gateway Control Utility is Unresponsive

The Gateway Control Utility looks as follows and clicking on any of the links yields no response.

Some operating systems (particularly Windows 7 or Windows Server 2003) require administrative properties to be able to run the GCU. When launching the GCU, right-click and select "Run as Administrator".

Alternatively, if you can navigate directly to the Gateway Webpage without errors, then the Ignition service is, in fact running.

If this is not the case, you may be running into one of the following issues:

Ignition service will not start after upgrading Java / Updating .conf File

Ignition service will not start giving NET HELPMSG 3547 or Windows Services showing service-specific error code 1
